Gears of War 2 Online Game Play
Here is a video displaying some quick online gameplay for Gears of War 2. We were playing the gametype, Exectution, on the map titled, Jacinto. This video displays many key strategies needed to survive online as well as perfect examples as of what not to do. As you will notice in the video below, many people like to pull out their shotgun and melee you and quickly finish you off by aiming and shooting while you are stunned from the melee hit. This is a move known as two-piecing and is commonly used by the whole Gears 2 community as a way to get close quarters kills. Another common tactic is to throw a smoke grenade toward your enemies, for this will knock them off their feet so you have some time to run over to them and finish them off as they get up. Many people have fallen prey to this and it's always best to look out for smoke.
